Spring Canyon Adventure 2007 – Menu Notes
Synopsis: Detailed menu and notes on its successes and
failures.
General thoughts:
- A 2-quart pot is too small for three people.
- A lightweight coffee pot is great for boiling water and scooping to fill
water carrier, but its screen filter on the spout gets in the way.
- We had planned to eat dinner out before arriving at the trailhead, but
we were at the trailhead by the time dinner rolled around and had to rely on
leftover sandwiches, Dinty Moore stew purchased at a convenience store,
etc.
Quantities given are pre-cooked totals (i.e., not per-person).
